Winemaking | Upon entering the winery, the grapes go through a double-selection belt system to band and vibrant. Traditional fermentation is performed in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, close to 25 ºC. Finally, 30% of this Malbec is aged in second use French oak barrels for a period of 6 months, seeking to provide complexity and maintaining the freshness of the fruit. |
Tasting notes | A fresh and fruity wine of intense violet color. Aromas of red and black fruits (strawberry, blackberry and plum). On the palate it is juicy, with a refreshing acidity. Smooth and balanced tannins. Ideal for pairing pork or grilled lamb and any type of burgers. |
