Winemaking | Traditional preparation in concrete vessels of 5000 liters in volume. Extraction works carried out by hand. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. |
Tasting notes | Intense violet red color with ruby tones. Aroma of black fruits (plum, blackberries), spices (pepper), herbs, flowers (violet) and mineral notes. Very balanced mouth, wide and long finish. We recommend pairing with roasted beef, empanadas, pasta with intense sauces. |
