Winemaking | Upon entering the winery, the grapes go through a double-selection belt system to band and vibrant. It is pressed directly to whole bunch and then the must ferments 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in French oak barrels, where it will also mature for at least 6 months. Without malolactic fermentation. |
Analytical data | Fresh and fruity. Bright greenish yellow color. Intense and expressive aroma (tropical fruits, citrus and nuts). In the mouth it is fruity and a very balanced acidity prolongs its end. It is a wine that fills the mouth and its great freshness invites to continue drinking. Ideal to pair with salads, fish, seafood and pasta with mild sauces. |
