Winemaking
Made by micro vinification in small vessels of 500 liters volume, with extraction work carried out by hand. Maturation in French oak barrels from 12 to 18 months, where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Tasting notes
Complex, elegant and deep. Violet red color with ruby tones. Aroma of black fruits (plum, blackberries) spices (pepper), herbs, flowers (violet) and mineral notes, In mouth very balanced, broad and long finish. Pair with roasted meats, pasta with powerful sauces and mature cheeses. It is suggested to decant.
